Policy / Rule Changes

The following are changes to the Rules and Regulations or policies that have been implemented by the board of directors.

Policy

• Policy Changes to delinquent payment of dues. (Approved October 4, 2004)
  
  Homeowners can be delinquent in payment of monthly dues or violation penalties, without a fine, ONCE during a calendar year. Any subsequent late payment during the period from January to December would result in a penalty of $25 per late payment. This would be in addition to the late payment penalty of 7% currently specified in the By-laws.

Rules and Regulations

• In the spring of 2004, every homeowner received a copy of the Rules and Regulations dated March 19, 2004. This is an official document that is to be kept with the By-Laws and passed on to new owners whenever a resident sells his unit.
